First Wave was started by a band of US Navy veterans. Some Active Duty, some retired. Due to deployments, retirements, and PCS, the guys ended up spread across the country. They continued to make holsters and sold them locally. If you were in Kalispell, MT; Coronado, CA; or Virginai Beach, VA; you may have been able to pick one up.
In 2022, they teamed up with Tremis Dynamics to make Garry's Signature Holster. The more they worked together, the more they realized that TremDyn was capable of handling the logistics of selling online. So they made it official and became business partners and added a 4th location to manufacture holsters, at the home of Kydex, Bloomsburg, PA.
Since TremDyn is handling the online division of First Wave, any online orders are being processed by them. You will see CC charges and shipping info from them, even if the holsters were made at the other locations.
